How can I book a group tour?

How many people can come for a guided group tour?

The maximum is 44 people and the minimum is 30 people, except April 1 through August 31, the minimum number of people is 15. 

How many chaperones are needed for a tour?

One chaperone for every seven children.

How can I get information about the galleries before our visit?

Visit our gallery web page with links to 360 tours of each gallery, also you can preview the museum using our app, download here.

What is the cancellation policy for group tours?

Prepayments for more tickets than were used on the day of the visit may not be refunded or transferred. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, the over purchase of tickets, group lateness, busing issues, groups that do not show up on their scheduled day and time, or date conflicts. Be 100% sure of your date and time before booking as there are no refunds.

Where should we park?

Buses can park on Naglee Avenue, and we have two parking lots behind the museum on Chapman Street for regular sized vehicles. There is also plenty of street parking around Rosicrucian Park.
